Kwaii Bell

Kwaii Bell believes that every high performer needs a mentor, a coach, and a confidant. At Jump, he is responsible for helping Jumpsters become all three. He has spent nearly a decade designing culture and leadership systems, including at Alphabet’s X, the Moonshot Factory, where his work supported more than 3,000 employees. Kwaii has a way of helping people see the hidden dynamics that shape how teams work together. Whether he’s challenging assumptions, surfacing difficult conversations, or helping leaders navigate growth and change, he is always focused on strengthening the trust, judgment, and decision-making that allow people and organizations to perform at their best. He holds a BA in Film, Media, and Culture from Dartmouth College.
