Zach Person

Zach helps his teams find clarity in the complex. He has grappled with the future of banking for a top American financial institution, the future of retail for one of the largest North American conglomerates, and sustainable housing for a generation of empty nesters who want to responsibly downsize. Zach also has a rich skillset in the product design process, where he’s worked on manufacturing schematics, toy design, and facilities improvement. Outside the office, Zach enjoys brewing his own beer and exploring the outdoors. Zach holds a B.S. in Manufacturing and Design Engineering from Northwestern University.
