Valerie Green

Valerie is passionate about creating strategies and systems to support focus and growth. As Jump’s Head of Talent & Growth, she brings together a diverse background leading design strategy projects and operations teams and creating meaningful learning and development programs. Her goal is to help Jump’s team learn and grow in a sustainable and structured way. Valerie knows what it’s like to learn your way through your career. Starting out in architecture, Valerie pivoted to product design. After leading design strategy projects for many years, she brought design thinking to HR where she designed and developed programs for onboarding, leadership development, team building, and skills development. Valerie also owns her own professional organizing company, Pivot Organizing, where she uses her organizational expertise to help clients optimize their homes and calendars. Valerie holds a BA from Yale in Architecture and an MFA from Stanford in Product Design.
