Lauren guides her clients and teams through the challenges of ambiguity by infusing passion and perspective into her work. Lauren helped one of North America’s largest pharmacy chains uncover the ways its customers think about shopping and engage with the brand. She has also leveraged the principles of behavior change to hep an international non-profit plan for an uncertain future. Prior to Jump, Lauren helped redesign the visual brand of an NYC theater company and a Silicon Valley startup accelerator, and she reimagined the future of play for an American toy company. When not at the office, Lauren can often be found hiking one of the scenic trails around the San Francisco Bay Area. Lauren has a B.S. in Product Design from Stanford University.
