Neal Moore
Neal Moore is an original founder of the firm. He brings together the fine details of engineering and a systems thinking approach to help businesses create value and grow into new markets. He led the reinvention of the back to school occasion with Target, leveraging Target’s design capabilities to create a new line of products and services that transformed the college freshman experience and boosted sales by $8.4B in the first year. He has advised large technology corporations, working with business groups and leadership to build out new strategic capabilities through tools, training and programs. Neal is an expert in the automotive sector and redefining transportation experience, helping Saturn to pioneer a breakthrough dealership experience that has since been adopted throughout the auto industry. He also helped Chrysler create a safety strategy that not only affected the way brands positioned themselves, but the different types of technology and features that were implemented in different vehicles.
Neal has taught a foundation course on design problem solving and visualization at Stanford University. Prior to Jump, Neal worked for the Ford Motor Company, where he coordinated the initial design efforts for several next generation vehicles at the company’s vehicle design studios.
Neal holds a B.S. in Product Design from Stanford University.
