Michael Fazio leverages 30 years of professional managements experience to help companies drive increased revenue and market share. Prior to Jump, Michael served as head of sales & strategy for Salt Flats, a start-up innovation and strategy company, where he engaged with clients to develop comprehensive growth strategies, product and service roadmaps, and commercialization plans. Michael also has extensive experience in architecture and interior design and was a pioneer in the development of workplace strategy at Steelcase. His focus is to create environments that align with business objectives and improve worker satisfaction, productivity, engagement and retention. He built relationships with major companies including Morningstar, Steelcase, Reebok, IBM and Callaway Golf. Michael holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
