He works with teams to prepare their organizations to scale new businesses.

Prior to Jump, Jay built deep financial services expertise at First Annapolis Consulting. There he helped banks and retailers evaluate new markets, launch products, adopt technologies and enter strategic partnerships. He has worked at creative powerhouses as well, including Pixar and fuseproject. Outside Jump, he sits on the Management Board of Stanford GSB’s Alumni Consulting Team, and advises non-profits and startups around the Bay Area.
Jay holds a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.B.A. in Marketing and Music from the University of Notre Dame.
