Design Council's Lessons from America
Representatives from the UK Design Council recently visited Jump and other design consultancies to study the way design is taught and practiced in the United States. Their key findings - as well as a great photo of Alonzo in one of our project rooms - have been synthesized into "Lessons from America," a deeply insightful report that will direct design education in the United Kingdom.

MS Zune Launch in San Francisco

Stitchories: The Digital Quilt
ID Magazine has honored Jumpster Katherine Wakid's thesis project, Stitchories, in its annual design review. Katherine's project combines a finely crafted and stitched quilt with an on-board computer that can record spoken narratives and upload digital photos. The cozy quilt, which has popped up all over the Internet, is meant to connect teens with elders.
