Dev Patnaik at the Chautauqua Institution


Dev spoke to an audience of about 5,000 gathered in the grand amphitheater at the Chautauqua Institution, located in southwest New York State. Dev’s keynote speech was part of the “Sparking a Culture of Creativity and Innovation” week at Chautauqua. In his talk Dev explains how empathy is fundamental for creating a culture of innovation, using examples from around the business world of companies that have widespread empathy for the folks who fund their 401ks.
