Virgin has long been known as one of the most innovative companies in the world, creating standout businesses in stagnant markets. The company's approach to innovation, however, had never been made systematic. Jump helped Virgin understand how companies plan and invest in innovation, as well as how to make such initiatives successful. Jump gave Virgin actionable directions for how to leverage past success to make its innovation capability more robust.

Many companies have begun to see the need to improve their own ability to innovate. They engage Jump to help them develop a sustainable growth and innovation strategy. These projects are about capacity building -- teaching people to fish instead of just giving them one. As such, the process is collaborative. We co-construct a vision of what innovation should look like, develop a plan for achieving that vision and provide the team with the right tools to use along the way.
