In the technology world, Mike partnered with a multinational technology giants to outline a path from e-readers to full-fledged tablet ecosystems that can compete with the iPad.
He translates companies’ DNA into strategy by imbuing their values and purpose into products, platforms, packaging and messaging.
Mike is a Silicon Valley industrial design veteran. Prior to Jump he cofounded a product design firm, SparkFactor, which worked for Apple and other technology firms. Mike has designed and built advanced composite aerospace structures, NASA wind tunnel parts and holds two patents for mobile devices. He was the designer of the Ice phone for European carrier O2, which won an honorable mention in the 2007 I.D. Annual Design Review.
Mike holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from San Jose State University.
