Colleen Murray
Colleen Murray focuses on building sustainable systems that tap into and unleash human potential. In industries such as retail and technology, she works with executives through large-scale transformations: reinventing businesses and unlocking new markets.
Colleen believes that businesses unlock long-term value by creating organizational systems optimized for people’s strengths. She has brought this practical eye for human centric systems to building a sustainable talent engine for Jump.
Colleen is an active thought leader. She has written for media publications such as HR West Magazine and Interactions Magazine. She was profiled in Jon Kolko’s book “Exposing the Magic of Design.” She is also an educator. She has taught business strategy and research planning methodology as an adjunct professor at the IIT Institute of Design, and as a guest lecturer at Stanford University, California College of Arts, and San Francisco State University.
Colleen holds an M.A. in Design Planning from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
